01Who we are

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Kams Jewellers, the operator of this app. This policy covers the Kams Jewellers Order Book app on Android and iOS.

02Information we collect

• Account information — your name, phone number, and login credentials.
• Order data — order, karigar, and kada details you or your team enter, including status updates.
• Photos — design or order images you choose to upload from your device.
• Device & notification data — a device token used to deliver order-status notifications.

We do not collect payment card details; no in-app payments are processed.

03How we use it

To run the order book — creating, assigning, and tracking kada orders between admins and karigars — to send order-status notifications, and to let you open WhatsApp with a karigar's saved number. We don't use your data for advertising.

04Sharing

We share data with Firebase (Google), which provides sign-in and notification delivery for the app. Order and contact details are visible within your own organization's admins and karigars, as the app is designed for. We do not sell data or share it with outside parties for marketing.

05Data retention & deletion

We keep account and order records for as long as your organization uses the app, or as needed for business records. To request deletion of your account or data, email us at kamsjewellers@gmail.com.

06Security

We use encrypted connections and access-controlled accounts to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

07Children

This app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision.
